These Terms apply when you use ProposalSprint. ProposalSprint is an early-stage SaaS built for SEO freelancers and digital marketing agencies. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

  • You may use ProposalSprint to create and manage SEO proposal drafts for your own client work.
  • ProposalSprint is a narrow proposal-drafting product, not a full agency operating system, CRM, invoicing tool, or e-signature platform.

Your account and content responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that happens through your account.
  • You are responsible for the information you submit (including client details, discovery notes, and proposal content) and for having the rights to use that information.
  • You should review generated output before sharing it with clients. ProposalSprint provides draft content and does not replace your professional judgment.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass service security or access controls.
  • Do not use ProposalSprint to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

MVP limitations and results disclaimer

ProposalSprint is a live MVP. Features may be limited, changed, or removed as we improve the product. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue, lead volume, or client close rates from using generated proposals.

Service availability and warranty disclaimer

ProposalSprint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis at this stage. We aim for reliable operation, but we do not provide SLA commitments for uptime, performance, or uninterrupted availability.

Pricing, plan changes, and cancellation posture

ProposalSprint currently offers a free path and a paid Starter path. Pricing and plan structure may change as the MVP evolves. If you need help with a paid plan change or cancellation, contact support through the public /support page while self-serve billing controls are still limited.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
